For 2N1: Holiday Homework
Dear 2N1,
There are 4 parts to Math Holiday Homework.
1. Title: Trigonometry Worksheet
Description: This is a stack of questions on TOA-CAH-SOH, prepared by Ms Lin. It is made up of 10 pages, with the last 2 pages being handwritten final answers of the questions. It was given to you just after Chapter 7.1 of TB Sec 3B Trigonometry was completed.
What to do: Attempt all questions on foolscap paper and the questions would be discussed in class when school reopens.
2. Title: 60 Questions (Sec 1 & Sec 2) to revise for Mid-Year Exam
Description: 3 pieces of paper (2 pages were printed on 1 page). It was given to you as a form of revision for your Mid-Year Exams.
What to do: Attempt all questions (Do NOT have to do Q32, 33, 35 to 46, 50) on foolscap paper and the questions would be discussed in class when school reopens.
This is how it looks like:

3. Title: YOG Worksheets
Description: Shijie (2N1) has kindly volunteered to pass it to your class during the hectic last day of school during photo-taking. Thank you, Shijie. If you have not taken a copy, here are the 5 pages of work for you to attempt and 1 page of final answer for you to check. (*Kindly note that the worksheet is only for the convenience of my students and it rightfully belongs to www.ace-learning.com.sg. There are copyright issues so please do not use it freely. Thank you)
What to do: Complete the worksheet in the spaces provided.

4. Title: Ace-Learning Online Homework on Algebraic Fractions
Description: 10 online questions created by Mrs Teo to prepare you for the new semester
What to do: Attempt the quiz as soon as you can within one attempt. Please drop me a sms if you need help to reset your Ace-Learning password (ask your friends for my number).
If you have revised your work well and completed Parts 1 and 2 of your holiday homework, there is not much left for you to do this June Holidays (You would only have YOG Worksheet and also Ace-Learning Online Quiz to complete) and these can be completed in half a day or less.
I hope you would have a fulfilling holiday (with CIP, CCA etc etc) and spend more time to study as this is your streaming year. Your academic results decides whether you have the right to choose your preferred subjects you like first. These would then be the subjects which you would have to stick with for the next 2 or 3 years. In short, the next 4 months or so will sort of determine what is in for you for the next 2 to 3 years so please choose wisely what you would like to do. Don't forget to spend quality time with your friends and family too.
Have a well-deserved June Holidays.
=)
